The hoops team at Hamilton County High has to share the school gym with several other teams. Some days, they head into downtown Jasper and practice in the gym at the school board building. Such was the case yesterday.Somehow, a fire extinguisher had been discharged in the gym the night before - leaving a powder on the surface of the court. The team ended up practicing outside.
Coach Murphy had to act quickly and improvise a practice. "Just kinda makin' stuff up as we go," he said.

I love that outdoor shot from far way (photo number 5). I think it has great composition, if only that stupid semi truck wasn't parked in the background. Way to step back and get a nice, different shot.
once again, you have some great shots, jarrett. that day of practice was a tough one. we just tried to make the best of a tough situation. lol.
